This paper is dedicated to speculate in the light oftheories of psycholinguistics on several basic strategies in foreign language learning: the relationship of willpower, motivation,reading material and latent learning; the relationship of memory, review and the use of time; the integration of reading, speaking, listening and writing; foreign language learning and its application.
