散文篇名。唐代柳宗元作。记述永州(今湖南零陵)蒋某以捕蛇为业，虽有生命危险，但因捕蛇无赋税征收之苦，仍自愿继续下去。揭露了封建社会横征暴敛给人民带来的苦难，发出了“赋敛之毒，有甚是蛇”的感慨。
