《联合国和世界旅游组织合作关系协定》有关旅游的国际协议之一。经联合国1969年12月5日大会第2529号决议案特别提议而签订。该协定对世界旅游组织和联合国各机构之l旬的关系和合作方式作出了规定。此协定一共8条14款，包括联合国对世界旅游组织职责的确认;联合国建议权;关系和协调;互派观察员;文件互报;议事日程提议权;信息和文件交换;统计;协定的执行;协定的生效和修订条款。根据此协定，世界旅游组织在其活动中要尊重联合国的职权，联合国承认该组织的宗旨。双方同意在旅游行业加强合作，避免重叠。双方可以互派代表以观察员的身分参加对方的会议。协定还规定双方在有关旅游的问题上互通信息和交换文件等内容。此协定自1977年11月22日起生效‘
