This paper defines the concepts of social deviance behavior and control model,analyzes on the status of the social control in the rural community in the transformation period,and advances the choosing ideas and the developing trend of social control models in Chinese rural communities at present.

The author has discovered the law of the laborer s behavior and the relation of the motivation factors and the social preference.
