心理气氛(psyehologieal atmosphore)即团体气氛，是团体成员在进行集体活动时，所具有的一种相对稳定或持续的社会态度及其与之相关的情绪状态。它是群体意识、社会态度、群体J清绪和人际关系状态的综合，是团体或群体的整体心理状态。它集中表现在团体的情感和谐或不和谐上。这种情感和谐与否又反映了团体活动的现实情况，如劳动性质、活动条件、组织状态，以及人际关系的性质等等。通常，团体心理气氛的形成与改变，受制于团体所处的民风、民俗以及所属组织的规章、制度、领导作风、组织士气、人际关系等因素的影响。任何团体，不论是家庭、班组，还是社团，都有某种稳定的心理气氛，或是和谐、欢快、严肃、紧张而有秩序的气氛，或是充满着敌意、喧嚣、苦闷、纠纷或杂乱无章的气氛。心理气氛的存在，不仅给团体的集体生活染上一层特有的色彩，而且作为一种微观的社会心理环境或心理氛围，又总是影响着团体中的每个成员的心理与行为。一个团体如果缺乏健康、良好的心理气氛，不仅会使团体涣散、士气低落，甚至会导致团体的瓦解。 (孙俊山撰张燮审)
