创立于公元1525年的基督教会学院（christ church college）是牛津大学最大的学院，曾在内战时作为查理一世的临时首都，最引以为傲之处就是在近代200年内产生了16位英国首相，不过也是门票最高的学院。
进入基督教会学院后，仍要依循游客参观路线行进，以免打扰学生与教职员的工作作息。基督教会学院的参观重点包括古色古香的回廊和大教堂（cathedral），回廊的历史可追溯至公元15世纪，而基督教会教堂虽然是英格兰最小的教堂，但建筑本身和内部设计都值得细细浏览，特别是圣坛旁名为圣凯萨琳之窗（st. catherines window）的彩色玻璃窗，把爱丽丝梦游仙境中爱丽丝的姊姊爱蒂丝（edith liddell）描绘成圣人，相当有趣。
