应激相互作用模式(interaetional mod。lQf stress)有机体对向它提出的各平中要求产生的非特异性反应，称为应激。引起应激反应的因素多种多样，除J”理化、生物因素之外，还有心理、社会因素，统称为应激源。人们在社会生活中会碰到各种各样的生活事件，如孩子出生、亲人丧亡、_l_作挫折、居住拥挤，也会像细菌、病毒侵袭人体一样，引起个体生理心理的重新调整出现应激反应。应激源本质上是特异的，但应激反应并不依赖呀:应激源，无论是愉快事件(如结婚)或不愉快事件(如亲人丧亡)，都同样可引起应激反应，表现为“全身适应综合征”(ge neraladaptation syndrome)。汉斯·塞里(selye，H，)的应激理论是对科学的重大贡献，被认为是20世纪医学最重大的进展。但塞里的应激学说偏重于应激的生理生化反应，没有充分评估心理因素在应激反应中的意义。1976年拉扎勒斯(L‘zarus，R.St)提出应激的相互作用模式，认为应激源向机体提出应对和适应要求时，如果这种要求超出机体的适应能力或难以承受，机体才一体验到应激。此时机体以整体方式对应激源作出反应，既有生理变化，也有一心理变化。否则，机体不会有应激体验。机体对情境和事件的感受、认知评价是引起应激反应的中介因素 (徐俊觅撰梁宝勇审)
