| 美国共产党 United States of America，Communist Party of 美国政党。英文简称C.P.U.S.A.。1919 年 9月1日成立。创始人为社会党左翼领袖鲁登堡。1921年美共被迫转入地下。1923年4月恢复合法地位 ，与工人党合并 ，鲁登堡任总书记。30年代前期，美共积极支持黑人反对种族歧视斗争，领导和组织产业工人工会，动员3000人赴西班牙参加反佛朗哥的斗争。1943年，苏、美、英3国首脑德黑兰会议后 ，美共书记白劳德认为世界已进入资本主义与社会主义“长期信任和合作”的时代，主张实现包括大资产阶级在内的团结，于1944年5月宣布解散美共 ，另立非党组织美国共产主义政治协会，白劳德任会长。1945年前书记福斯特重建美共。麦卡锡主义盛行时 ，美共转入地下 ，主要活动在产业工人和黑人中间。60年代以后，美共得以公开参加政党活动。美共主张修改两个传统大党控制的选举法，使更多的党参加竞选；反对失业。1979年美共二十二大通过的纲领中指出，美帝国主义是世界和平的威胁，反对侵略战争。美共的目标是通过和平道路战胜国家垄断资本主义，主张缓和国际紧张局势。1988年起霍尔任全国主席。美共中央机关报是《每日世界》，理论刊物为《政治月刊》。 |
