The present paper exhibits the magnifiscent and splendid pages of Chinese culture in the Tang Dynasty in terms of the temporary imperial palaces of historical value, a vehicle of the Tang culture, based on a comprehensive examination of such cultural phenomena concerning these palaces as calligraphy, paintings, music accompanied dance, vaudeville, Buddhism, tourism and so forth.

The paper elaborates the relations between Luanhe River culture studies and Tangshan culture studies,historical culture studies and current culture studies and the construction of and adherence to the academic and practical quality of culture studies and proposes that Tangshan regional culture studies should have three levels: basic studies,inductive studies and theoretical studies.

But the culture of Tang Dynasty is much earlier than that of Tianping,and the former makes a decisive effect on the culture of Tianping.
