In order to explore effects of aerobic calisthenics on lipid metabolism and relative hormone and its mechanism of obese female college students, this study conducted an experiment study in a sample of 24 obese female college students.
为了探讨有氧健身操对肥胖女大学生脂代谢及相关激素的影响及其产生的机制,将24名肥胖女大学生随机分为均等的实验组(16周有氧健身锻炼)和对照组,观察与测定16周有氧健身操锻炼前后身体成分、各时相血脂水平、血胰岛素和皮质醇的变化,结果显示:肥胖女大学生16周有氧健身操锻炼后体重、体重指数、体脂百分比显著性下降;血脂成分改变即TG、TC、LDL含量显著性下降,HDL含量显著升高;血胰岛素水平显著性下降,皮质醇含量显著性上升。
