Reconstructing Phylogenetic Trees Problem(RPTP) is to reconstruct systematical evolutional relation and show it in form of the tree, on the basis of inferring biological evolutional history from the information of homologous nucleotide sequences.
构建进化树就是从生物序列的信息推断生物进化历史,“重塑”出系统进化的(谱系)关系,并把进化关系用树的形式表示出来——树的叶子结点表示各个生物序列,树枝的长度表示生物间的进化距离。
