| 京察 中国明清两代对在京官吏定期进行考绩的制度。明代一般每6年进行一次京察。四品官以上由本人自陈，由皇帝裁定；五品以下具册奏请。清代吏部对文武官员3年考绩一次，在京的称京察，在外地的称大计。京察三品官以上的，由部开列事实，具奏裁定；四、五品官特简王大臣验看，其余之官则由长官考察。 |
