This paper briefly summarizes the connotation & formation of soft power from the integrative perspective of soft capital,soft technology as well as soft environment,analyses the direction,approaches and measures for reinforcing enterprise s soft power,and then indicates that to strengthen soft power requires a long-term accumulation.
