Applying several sorts of research methods comprehensively, starting from the angles of entirety and integration as well as proceeding with training and management, the phase characteristics of the accomplishment course of the Chinese excellent coachers were discussed from the accomplishment course of 81 Chinese excellent coachers of dominant events.

With the methods of combining the theory with the practice,after discussing the innovation ability of excellent speed skating coach and the probability to develop the speed skating into advantage level and keep a long-term absolute predominance with innovation,the article analyzes the innovation ability,structure and development approach of excellent speed skating coach.
