不能由视觉认识物体在空间内的各种特性，如物与物之间的方位关系、物与观察者的空间关系、景物之间的方位关系等的症候，简称视空间障碍。包括几种表现形式：①不能经视觉判断物体在空间的位置。由于视觉定位不准，伸手取物时或伸得过度撞倒物体，或伸得不够或过偏而达不到目标，亦称视觉性共济失调。病灶在双顶叶。②分不清几个物体在空间的位置关系，如不能判断两个物体中哪个距自己近；形状相同的两个物体哪个大些，等等。病变在双顶叶。③丧失对物体的立体感，将立体物体看成平面。病变主要在右半球后部。④不认识常走的路，甚至自己的房间、床位；或不能用言语或图画表达熟悉的路、房间内布置、地理位置。病变主要在右半球后部。
