yuQnxiQo xiezuo zhongxin院校协作中心(cooPeratio。。enter amongcoueges and schools)由驻同J地区军队院校组成并吸收该地区部队、科研单位参加的协作组织。其作用是沟通院校之间，院校与部队、科研单位之间的横向联系，发挥各协作单位的专长和联合优势，促进院校建设。 中国人民解放军于1979年5月，在石家庄地区成立了“院校政治理论教育协作区”。在此基础上，1980年1月成立了“石家庄地区军队院校教学协作中心”。而后，又相继成立了郑州、南京、西安、北京、大连、长春、蚌埠、武汉、长沙、重庆、青岛等地区的院校教学协作机构。1984年11月，为在院校之间开展多方面协作，“院校教学协作中心”改称为“院校协作中心”，其活动范围有的扩展到地方院校、科研单位和学术团体口 院校协作中心设领导小组、办公室和若于专业协作组。领导小组由各协作单位首长组成，负责协商协作中的重要问题。办公室为中心常设办事机构，设在牵头院校，负责具体承办组织计划等事宜。专业协作组由各院校相同或相近专业的有关人员组成，负责组织本专业的协作活动。协作的基本原则是:民主协商，自愿互利;发扬风格，顾全大局;尽力而为，量力而行;发挥优势，讲究效益;促进改革，提高质量。协作内容包括:授课与教材编写，人员培训，参观见学，实验实习，信息和资料交流，科研攻关、学术研究，教育管理改革研讨，教学场地、设备的互借和代修等。协作活动一般以双边或多边的方式开展，形式灵活多样。(胡光照)
