茶叶农工商联合企业(tea Production，讲oeessing and marketing enterPrise)进行茶叶的生产、加工、储运和销咨综合经营的农业企业单位，俗称茶叶生产、加工、销售一条龙。杭州茶叶试验场建立的茶叶农工商联合企业，不但为直接出口提供商品茶，而且在杭州市区多处设立销售网点，使内销茶因减少中间环节而得以提前上市，既为消费者及时提供新茶，也提高了企业的经济效益。1979年4月，重庆市郊区26个国营茶场、农场、牧场、渔场联合组成长江农工商联合企业，其中茶业部分由三个茶场联合在一起，由各茶场共同投资、共同出劳动力，建立一座茶叶精加工的华姜茶厂，并同附近生产队实行原料联合，又利用江北农场的自然资源和作为茉莉花生产基地的条件，扩大种植茉莉花面积270亩，既使茶叶的初加工变为精加工，又得以用茉莉花作配料进行再加工，当年产花茶13.5吨。茶叶农工商联合企业的建立，改变了茶场单纯提供原料茶(毛茶)的不利地位，增加了茶场、茶农的收入，调动了茶场、茶农的生产积极性，同时也有利于农村劳动力的安排。(李耀曹)
