From the perspective of “Scepticism”, beginning with the discourse of “Epokhe”and “Negative”, the present article purchases the new thinking of aesthetics and argues that contemporary aesthetics should pay epokhe on the past aesthetics and cast question to the concepts and methods of traditional aesthetics.

This article rethinks the two viewpoints of "facts" and "basis" in concept of evidence and raises "legal existence" instead,in which evidences are collected by legally authorized persons to prove the "legal existence"-the facts and situation of cases.
