From human rights to sovereignty,from rational mutual recognition to expedients,it has developed from autonomy to co-government in many fields such as theory,system design and political practice,so that it can find breaches from various predicaments.

From the view of the inter-ethnic politics, the autonomy, co-government and multiculturalism are symbiotic politic concepts with internal logical relationship.
