医史著作。李经纬主编。本索引是《医学史论文资料索引(1903～1978年)》的续集，共收载1979～1986年出版的867种中文杂志报刊(包括部分资料汇编)有关中国医学史、中医文献和世界医学史的论文资料题录12000余条。引用报刊中有台湾省报刊杂志19种。其编排体例基本沿袭了《医学史论文资料索引(1903～1978年)》一书，但有部分增删，如总类有较大的合并和必要的删节，中国现代医学史部分增设了中西医结合、比较医学、文献整理、中医现代化等子类；外国医学史部分增设了传统医学和自然疗法子类等。题录收集范围也从医学史扩大到了中西医文献方面。1989年由中国书店出版排印本。
