中国有关博物馆知识的通俗著作。曾昭燏、李济编写。1943年7月重庆正中书局出版。全书共10章，约4万余字。第一章除说明中外博物馆沿革外，着重阐述了博物馆的性质与职能，强调博物馆的主要目的是为社会服务，其最大"功用"是保存有价值的物品、辅助研究工作、实施实物教育和精神教育。该书的重点是阐释博物馆的具体工作。作者通过对欧美博物馆的深入考察，结合中国的实际情况,用大部分章节,对博物馆的组织、管理、建筑设备及收藏、陈列、研究、教育等工作的基本原则和要求，作了系统、扼要的说明。对中小型博物馆建设有较强的实用性和指导作用。
