匿名群体决策法(method of poliey-m aking by anonymous group)一种面对面的专家决策方法。所选专家人数以7一10人为宜,先让专家充分了解情况,然后每个人独立地把意见写在纸上。主持者把书面意见收集起来,逐一向大家公布,但不宣布姓名。对这些公布方案,请专家逐一展开深入讨论。最后,请专家按照自己的喜欢程度,把各种意见依次排列。经过主持者的汇总、统计,排在第一位的也就是获得支持人数最多的、公认的决策方案。匿名群体决策法的长处在于:能够避免那种巧言善辩但主意并不高明的人所施加的不均衡影响,消除地位和等级差异所造成的心理障碍。 (黄志机撰王树茂审)
