（术语）外道所执之实我也。我体常实而为灵妙不思议，称为神我。数论外道二十五谛之第二十五，称为神我谛Purus!a，又曰A^tman。以思为体。远离二十三谛而以神我独尊为涅槃。唯识述记一末曰：“金七十论。神我以思为体。”其他一切之外道，有自我、他我、即蕴、离蕴等差别，而要之于诸种之法，皆妄执神我也。故佛说三法印中诸法无我印印定内外之二教。
