Looking at the Structure and Level of Teachers’ Educational Technology Competence from Training Books

This paper analyzes the existing problems and their reasons of higher vocational training teaching material,and puts forward the concrete measures,such as strengthening teachers\' cultivation,making effective stirring policies,establishing vocation guiding committee.

However, the in-service training materials for teachers in China cannot adapt to the changes of teacher education, the requirements of curriculum reform, and the needs of self-learning and teachers’professional development.
