e陌nPin anquan renzheng产品安全认证(p耐uctsa血ty certification)由可以充分信任的第三方以安全标准为依据进行的产品认证，或者只对产品标准中的安全项目进行认证，称之为产品安全认证。标准或其他技术规范是产品认证的基础。产品的安全性是指产品在使用和储存的过程中，保护人类键康或者安全、保护动植物的生命或者健康的能力。产品的安全是通过产品的安全标准和满足安全标准的要求而进行的安全设计，以及在产品设计、制造、最终检验和使用的诸多环节中的控制得以实现的。安全标准是以人和物的安全为目的而制定的标准，是对产品安全性要求的技术规定，是产品安全性检验的依据。凡属涉及保护人类健康或者安全、保护动植物的生命或者健康的产品，世界上许多国家均制定专门的安全标准，并通过政府的法令规定，对上述产品实行安全认证的产品。只有经国家指定或授权的机构进行安全认证，才能带有特定的安全认证标志，才能销售、进口和使用。通常，产品安全认证属于法规性认证，未获准产品安全认证的产品，不得进口、销售和使用。见法规性认证。(谢军)
