In order to understand the effect of the two body-building methods-that is,the alternating exercises by doing dumbbell flying bird and barbell pushing and lifting,on the development of chest muscles,the present study randomly chooses two groups of body-building male students from jishou Mingren Club,each consisting of 30 members,and one group being experimental one,the other the contrasting group.
为了解哑铃飞鸟与杠铃平卧推举交替练习的健身方法对发展胸肌的影响,随机选取吉首市名人俱乐部健身男学员30名为实验组、30名为对照组,两组年龄及身体状况相似。
