During the Sino-French War,Liu Yongfu,head of Black Flag Army and Cen Yu-ying Governor-General of Yunnan and Guizhou did contributions to the action of anti-French for their patriotism, but the different life experience and ideas made their relationship complicated as the anti-french cause went on.
