| 九品混通 中国魏晋南北朝时期政府征收户调时的一种原则性规定。东汉末，曹操颁布租调令，租按田亩收谷物，调按户收绢 、绵，按户征收实物称为户调。九品混通或称九品相通，是作为户调征收的原则 。 其所谓品就是户等 ，共分为上上、上中 、上下 、中上 、中中、中下、下上、下中、下下九品，按家产多少划定 ， 每年政府给地方官规定按户征调的定额，地方官根据这个定额 ， 由县宰召集乡邑三老 ，计赀、划等、定课，做到富户多纳，贫户少纳或不纳。但州县上交的实物，须达到当地每户平均定额的总和。这种按户计赀定课的户调制到南北朝中期后，逐步改变成为按丁征收，九品混通的办法也随着失去了原来的意义。 |
