| 混合联合企业 conglomerate 第二次世界大战后资本主义国家出现的一种超越单一生产部门，朝跨行业、多部门方向发展的新型垄断组织。大垄断公司为了攫取高额垄断利润，把积累的资本投向其他部门，实行多样化和异类化的产品生产和经营所进行的联合。混合联合企业特点是：①所属各企业之间除了在财务上具有联系之外，在生产、销售上毫无联系，即不形成统一的生产组织，只是财务上的联合、资本的集中。②所属各企业之间在经营上没有长期稳定的主导企业或主导部门，经营企业或经营部门经常变更。③采用合并现成企业的方式进行扩张，并且合并来的企业的资产在全部资产中占有很大的比重。④在组织管理上实行分权体制，即所经营的业务由分公司掌管，但分公司又必须接受混合联合企业的直接领导和指挥。 混合联合企业的产生和发展，主要通过以下方式进行：①改组原有企业及分支机构，使它的生产和经营多样化。②进行跨行业、跨部门的投资，特别是投向那些垄断程度较低的食品、服务、商业等部门，建立和发展多部门经营企业。③进行跨行业、跨部门的混合联合和兼并。到20世纪60年代末，混合联合企业已成为现代资本主义国家内部垄断联合的主要形式。 混合联合企业的发展，是战后垄断资本积累规模过度膨胀的产物，是资本和生产高度集中的产物，也是资本主义国家干预经济和科学技术革命发展的必然结果。混合联合企业的发展表明，垄断组织从控制某一个部门的生产和流通，扩展到控制许多部门的生产和流通乃至全部经济生活。 |
