伦敦协会条款和中国保险条款
【伦教协会条欺和中国保险条欲】为确定各种险别及其贵任范围，各保险都有自己适用的保险条款，如伦敦保险协会(玩stituteof肠n-donUnde渊titers)制订的“协会货物条款”(Insti皿eca粗，Clauses)及中国人民保险公司(PICC)制订的中国保险条款(China玩suraneeClauses，CIC)。伦教协会条款在1912年制订，后经多次修订，现行条款是1981年修订，1982年1月1日开始使用。新条款的名称改用英文字母表示，分别以协会货物险条款A(IcC(A))、协会货物险条款B(ICC(B))、协会货物险条款C(ICC(C))分别代替原条教中的一切险、水演险及平安险。新条款对保险人承保的风险不再作全部损失与部分损失的划分，并且各种险别条款的条文按问题的性质作了统一分类排列。虽然如此，在内容上的变化却不大，只是在贵任范围上更加明了、确切。 我国现行的货物运输保险条款是中国人民保险公司1981年1月1日修订的货物运输保险条欲，简称“中国保险条款”，即CIC。我国出口货物的运翰保险原则上采用此条款。但为配合出口，在国外客户的要求下，我国保险公司也可接受伦敦保险协会条款。中国保险条款分为基本险和附加险两种，在介绍保险种类时，就是根据它来说明的，在此不再赘述。
