The Administrative Punishment Act,the Security Administration Punishment Act and other acts have no regulations on proce-dures such as accepting and hearing a case,case-filling,closing a case and suspension of investigation,hence it s necessary to make a study of the above-mentioned contents about procedures in order to perfect the regulations of investigation procedure.
