To train innovative teachers,the following strategies may be adopted in teaching the course in chemical experiments: Establishing a new experimental teaching system with a new concept of education,reforming the content of teaching,changing the teaching methods,maintaining fully open laboratories,and innovating the teaching assessment system.

On the basis of defining the connotations and features of innovative teachers and talents,this paper expatiates on the effects of the four factors on the cultivation of innovative teachers: strengthening innovative education conception,developing the growing environment for innovative teachers,making knowledge structure reasonable,and attaching importance to the organic comb.

The training objectives should be to foster innovative teachers,the training content should be forward-looking and maneuverable,the training ways must conform to the grown-up study characteristics,and the effects should be evaluated in multiple ways.
