感觉运动反应加深法(deepening throughutilization of sensory一motor reaetions)施术者对在浅催眠中的受术者暗示，使其手臂上举，手掌触面，并通过这种运动和感觉刺激，反射性地消除受术者自身内部的抵抗，以达到催眠加深目的的方法。操作时，首先向受术者说明，能否进入深催眠的责任不在催眠师，而在于受术者的决心。加深时暗示:“现在注意，你己在催眠中，在我的控制下，假如你愿意进入深催眠，就将你的手和手臂徐徐上举，手会渐渐远离大腿，与肩平行，再弯曲肘部，然后再用手抚摸自己的脸。”当受术者己执行暗示性指令时，就进一步暗示:“你做得很好，很正确，说明你是愿意进入深催眠的。实际上，当你手触到脸时，你己进入了梦样深催眠状态，已进入深催眠了。”这样做，可以克服受术者无意识的抵抗，排除诱入深催眠的干扰，使浅催眠顺利地转入深催眠状态。 (马维样撰李鸣果审)
