This paper defines the concept of the echelon politics and explains the forming causes of it and analyses the influence of it on chinese integral development of politics and countermeasures of the eliminating of it in order to shorten the distance of regional development,make an impetus to chinese political development and attain the uniformity of politics and economy.
本文根据中国政治发展的现实状况,首先提出梯度政治的概念并加以论证,接着从多种角度论述中国梯度政治形成的原因,最后分析梯度政治对中国整体政治发展的影响及对梯度政治消除措施的建议,旨在探寻缩小地区发展差距,促进中国政治发展的发展策略,尽快达到中国政治经济的一体化。
