By analyzing related information on the comparison among the number of civil aviation s passengers,the number of train s passengers,mileage of civil aviation routes,the number of tourists from foreign countries and gross national income,this paper builds simple and multivariate linear model,as well as analyzes the factors that influence .

In recent years,the highest growth rate in the initial distribution of gross national income is enterprises\',followed by the Government\'s,the residents\' relatively slower.

Through disassembling the simple national income account,it puts forward the view that wealth transfer caused by corruption can t threaten the general national wealth in a short term,but the social cost of corruption can directly reduce general national wealth,and to maximize the national income,corrupt wealth transfer and the social cost of corruption must be minimized.
