位于浙江台州市 汛桥镇南10公里的盖竹山上，道家称长耀宝光之十九洞天，又称第二福地。葛洪云此山可合神丹。自汉至晋，曾有道家高人人山修炼，尚“仙翁茶园”、登霞台、礼斗檀、石灶、石井等遗迹。
始建于晋的栖真观在盖竹洞内。洞在狮口内，像塑狮舌上，顶飘岩泉，东西无定，人称“圣狮灵诞”。前临深涧，石柱为门，左挹香炉峰，右峙宝剑岩，狮象守洞，龙虎相伴，半山青松半山竹，飞瀑漂荡似白龙，岩谷散峙如列屏，茂竹如盖幽灵异。 真乃仙山宝地，游览佳境。
