In the course of the study, there appeared gradually six viewpoints such as view of anecdote, view of allegory, view of love, view of sentimentality, view of self-sentimentality, view of much theme and so on.

This thesis was inspired by the successful application of covert persuasion in the fields of advertising and communication; therefore we assume that covert persuasion is equally applicable in lawyer s discourse as well as the overt persuasion.
