藏语音译。藏族的主食。将青稞或豌豆炒熟舂、磨而成。食用时，先将酥油茶或鲜奶、奶茶、（用青稞制成的低度酒）等倒入碗内，然后加入糌粑，用手揉拌成团，再配以作料即可；还可以在糌粑中加入茶水或煮成面糊后食用。与藏族毗邻的一些民族也有食用糌粑的习惯。
