藏语音译。藏族的主食。将青稞或豌豆炒熟舂、磨而成。食用时,先将酥油茶或鲜奶、奶茶、(用青稞制成的低度酒)等倒入碗内,然后加入糌粑,用手揉拌成团,再配以作料即可;还可以在糌粑中加入茶水或煮成面糊后食用。与藏族毗邻的一些民族也有食用糌粑的习惯。
