In order to know the applied status and consumed tendency of narcotic drugs well, the quantity, frequency, expenditure, and prescription of consumed narcotic drugs (9 kinds of drugs like bucinnazine hydrochloride injection, ephedrine hydrochloride injection, ketamine hydrochloride injection and so on) were analyzed by statistcs from 2003-2004 in Affiliated Xiangyue Hospital.
本文对岳阳湘岳医院住院部2003-2004年麻醉药品(包括一类精神药品如盐酸布桂嗪注射液、盐酸麻黄碱注射液、盐酸氯胺酮注射液应按麻醉药品管理)共9种药品的用药数量、用药率、用药金额及处方情况进行统计分析,旨在了解麻醉药品的临床应用情况和目前用药趋势。

【来源】
为豆科植物镰藊豆的根或叶。
【植物形态】
镰藊豆 缠绕状草质藤本，长约2米。根粗壮，圆柱形，外表褐色，具纵纹。茎纤细，有3棱，无毛或近无毛。3出羽状复叶，小叶卵圆形，长3～4厘米，宽1.5～2.5厘米，两面有稀短毛；小托叶线形。总状花序腋生，纤细，有花1～4朵；萼阔钟状，长3毫米；花冠白色，长10～32毫米，旗瓣圆形，翼瓣倒卵形，比旗瓣略长，龙骨瓣内弯，基部截形；雄蕊2束。荚果线状长椭圆形，稍弯，长5～6厘米；种子青色，有紫斑。 生于旷野灌木从中。分布于云南、广东等地。

秋季采集。晒干。
【化学成分】
根含三萜皂甙、生物碱。

《云南中草药》："辛麻，温，有毒。"
【功用主治】
镇痛，消肿，止血。治风湿痛，跌打损伤，骨折，外伤出血，吐血，衄血，便血。 ①《云南中草药》："止血生肌，消炎镇痛，接骨。" ②《文山中草药》："行血散瘀，止痛消肿。"
【用法与用量】
内服：煎汤，1～3钱(鲜者0.5～1两)；或浸酒。外用：研末撒或调敷。
【选方】
①治风湿痛，跌打损防：㈠大麻药根二钱。泡酒，分次服。(《云南中草药》)㈡大麻药鲜根五钱至一两。水煎服，日服二次。(《云南中草药选》) ②治骨折：用三棱针刺破皮肤(开放性骨折不需刺破)，取大麻药根粉适量，酒调外敷。(《云南中草药》) ③治外伤出血，骨折：复位后，大麻药鲜叶适量捣烂或干粉敷患处，小夹板固定。(《文山中草药》) ④治吐血，咯血，衄血，便血：大麻药(炒炭)一至三钱。水煎服，日服二次。(《文山中草药》)
