【来源】
为堇菜科植物鸡腿堇菜的叶。
【植物形态】
鸡腿堇菜 多年生草本，高20～60厘米，全体有白色短毛。根茎短。茎直立，常数枚丛生。叶根生、茎生，根生叶具长梗。茎生叶互生，叶柄较基生者为短，叶片心形或心状卵形，长2.5～5.5厘米，宽2～5厘米，边缘具钝锯齿，两面密生锈色腺点，叶脉上有疏短柔毛；托叶草质，卵形，边缘有撕裂状长齿，先端尾尖。花两侧对称，具长梗；萼片5，条形成条状披针形；花瓣5，白色或淡紫色，距长1毫米，囊状；雄蕊5；子房上位，1室。蒴果椭圆形，先端尖，3辩裂。 生于阔叶林内、林缘、山沟之路旁、灌丛、草地等处。分布陕西及我国北部和东北各地。
【采集】
夏秋采收，晒干或鲜用。
【性味】
淡，寒。
【功用主治】
清热解毒，消肿止痛。治肺热咳嗽，跌打肿痛，疮疖肿毒。
【用法与用量】
内服：煎汤，3～5钱。外用：捣敷。
