磁共振成像术语。磁共振成像中,于外磁场中控制所发射的RF脉冲的频率谱,同时在自旋上施加一个梯度磁场,从而仅使特定区域接收激励的方式。迄今的MRI多采用这种对特定区域激励的方法,如激励一个平面,来获得MR影像。
