mental disorder in females
女性心理失调(m ental dlsorder，n females)女性在月经期、产后期和绝经期特有的生理变化所发生的心理反常。(l)月经期精神失调。在来月经前后，些女性会出现某些反常，包括多种类型的、不同程度的精神症状，有的只是轻微的情绪变化，有的则有严重的抑郁。(2)产后期精神夫调。从胎儿产出到子宫复原这段时期，也会发生多种多样精神失调症状。严重的有抑郁症和精神分裂症样状态。(3)更年期精神失调。在绝经前后，些妇女会出现更年期综合征，表现为某些身体症状和情绪不稳;较为严重的是以抑郁为主的神经症，表现为情绪低落、忧虑、焦虑不安、恐惧紧张;更为严重的是更年期偏执状态，可出现幻觉、妄想等。 (茜香嘉撰高玉祥审)
