After the reviewing of the several representative domestic viewpoints, the author makes a statement on the three basic principles of the market regulation law: the state s modest involvement principle, the fair competition protection principle and the social benefits principle.

Legal relation is the one between mother and son companies ,so it is necessary for companies to apply to 《Corporate Law》as well as to borrow experience from foreign countries to set special regulations.

Monopolization, Competition and the Market Regulation;

The information asymmetry may result in the adverse selection and the increase in the cost of consumer search, which would restrain the consumption demand for jewelry, and finally induce the ineffectiveness of market regulation.

Some problems should be made clear,for example,the openness of teacher education and market regulation,system orientation,the grading cultivation,the fellowships between colleges and elementary and secondary schools,the qualification of teacher education.

There are two causes for it: one is deficiency of system,the other is imperfection of market rules.
