We induced adventitious buds from the leaves of China pink,MS+BA 2.
利用常夏石竹的离体叶片诱导分化不定芽 ,以MS +BA 2 。

Treating China pink and peacock grass with distilled Nostoc Commune, we discovered that within the scope of 2mg/L ~10mg/L density, the rate of germination, the height of seedling , the weight of seed, the length of top germ stalk and the number of the roots are all obviously improved.
用地木耳的提取物处理石竹和孔雀草种子,发现在2mg/L~lOmg/L浓度范围内均能提高种子的发芽率,苗高、干重、上胚轴和下胚轴的长度、根长、侧根数均有明显提高,尤以2mg/L~5mg/L浓度作用显著,这与许多文献所报道的有效促进禾本科植物种子发芽及幼苗生长的浓度基本是一致的,本研究结果可为农业生产提供理论依据。

主料:黄山石耳50克、石鸡400克
辅料:兰花火腿片
调料:高汤、葱、姜、盐、鸡精、料酒
烹制方法:
1、将石耳洗净撕成小片,放入开水中焯一下待用;
2、石鸡剁成小块净血水,在每个竹盅内加几块石鸡、石耳、火腿片、葱、姜;
3、坐锅点火,倒适量高汤,放入盐、鸡精、料酒,待汤开后分别倒入竹盅内,添满,放入蒸锅内蒸约20分钟即可。
特点:消暑,竹香溢人,肉质细腻,汤清,鲜美无比
