【共同海损合约】船方要求货主签署的承认共同海损，同意承担共同海损分摊责任，提供共同海损保证金或由货物保险人开具的书面共同海损担保函的协议书。在海损检验工作结束后、交货前，船方要求货方签署的协议。主要内容:服从理算师的决定;理算结果出来以前预付共同海损保证金或提供其他担保;保证承担共同海损分摊。此协议书一般应由货主的保险人或其委托银行副签。
