明爱徐诚斌学院
明爱徐诚斌学院（caritas francis hsu college）是香港的私立大专院校，由香港明爱成立，现时已获准开办学士学位课程。
创立于1985年，创校初期主要开办预科课程及会计、管理学、电脑学等2年制文凭课程。
1990年，获政府批准开办3年制文凭课程:会计学、公司秘书及行政、电脑学、翻译及传译。
1997年，按专上学院条例第320章注册成为大专院校。
1998年，按条例要求，将3年制文凭课程改为4年制高级文凭课程。
2001年8月8日，获准注册为专上学院，成为特区回归后第1间升格的专上学院。而所开办的课程等同于本地其他院校或海外学府提供的同类型课程。
2003年，该学院增设了四项副学士学位课程：财务管理、旅游及市场营销管理、商业资讯系统，与中英商业传意。
长远计划：
1. 3至5年间成为国际认可的大专院校。
2. 颁授学位，并于8至10年间达到标准自我评审课程。
3. 长远而言，该学院会积极扩展学术架构，广集资源，以发展为香港天主教大学的成员学院。
明爱徐诚斌学院共有两个分校：分别是香港岛半山坚道分校和九龙塘牛津道1号b分校。
