In this paper, I follow the direction of predecessors and analyse the contents of regimen in Tao Te Ching, separately from three points of view: the art of making life long, the ways of Tao by the Self so, the soft and weak set on high, and point out its merits.

Results showed that the veneer of Italy Poplar s drying quality after soften handled was significantly improved.

The paper proposes for the first time the "flexible-handling idea of mass events",then demonstrates its theoretical basis,practical significance and the relationship between rigid and flexible handling of mass events.
