Current trade union funds are paid by enterprises which shall equal 2 percent of its total payroll.
现行工会经费是由企业按职工工资总额的百分之二向工会拨交,但这是计划经济的产物,不符合市场经济条件下工会工作的特点和要求,也不符合社团法人的法律特征,应当将拨交制改为由企业将工资总额的百分之二发给工人,由工人或工会会员直接交给工会。
