玄言诗 中国西晋末年兴起的以阐释老庄和佛教哲理为主要内容的诗歌。是社会动荡、玄学盛行、封建文人逃避现实的产物。东晋时,士大夫又将玄学与佛理结合,以诗歌形式来表达对玄机佛理的领悟,从而更加窒息了他们反映现实的勇气。这种诗歌不过是拾取佛老余唾,韵而成篇而已,既没有真情实感,也没有深奥的哲理,更没有诗意可言,正如钟嵘《诗品》所说:“理过其辞,淡乎寡味。”代表作家是孙绰、许询和僧人支遁。作品大多反映封建文人回避矛盾、苟全性命的颓废空虚的精神状态,掩饰统治阶级荒淫糜烂的生活。由于玄言诗缺乏艺术形象和真挚感情,文学价值不高,因此 ,作品流传下来的不多。玄言诗前后延续达百年之久,直至东晋末年,陶渊明、谢灵运的出现,才使诗风为之改观。 |
