gongCha叨kongqi huanjing工厂空气环境(plant air environment)一般指生产车间内空气的组成和状态。空气所含各种有害物的数量,空气的温度、湿度和速度,以及车间的热辐射强度。对空气调节车间,还包括空气温湿度的波动范围和新风量。对洁净车间还包括空气中的洁净度(按空气中大于5产m/L的粉尘颗粒总数来分级)。工厂空气环境的质量直接关系着人们的身体健康和工作效率,有时还是保证正常生产的基本条件。它应满足卫生标准和生产工艺的要求。工厂空气环境是由生产工艺、建筑以及工厂通风等方面协同创造的。 冶金工厂空气环境存在的问题很多。例如炼钢、轧钢、炼铁厂的一些工作地点的空气温度可高达40C以上、辐射强度高达1400一2100W/mZ,如不采取通风降温措施,工人难以长时间的忍受,甚至会造成中暑和影响生产效率。耐火材料厂的某些工作地点,如不采取通风除尘措施,空气中的含尘浓度可每立方米高达上千毫克,即超过卫生标准数百倍。氧化铝车间含有粉尘和氟化物,铅冶炼车间空气中的铅尘含量均可超过卫生标准数十倍,会严重影响工人的身体健康。近年日益发展的电子计算机房、自动控制室、计量室等的生产工艺,对室内温、湿度和洁净度都提出了更高的要求,不采取空气调节来改善空气环境是难以保证正常生产的。 卫生要求有两类要求。一类是空气中有害物质的含量(浓度)要满足卫生要求,另一类是对空气状态的要求。根据有害物质对人体致病危害性的不同,国家卫生标准对空气中所含的各种有害气体和粉尘最高允许浓度作了规定。例如中国卫生标准规定,车间空气中CO最高允许浓度为30mg/m3,而二氧化硒含量只允许0.lmg/m“;含铝尘的最高允许浓度为4mg/m3,而含被尘则只允许0.o01mg/m3。国家卫生标准中规定的最高允许浓度是以工人在此浓度下长期进行生产而不会引起急性或慢性职业病为基础,还考虑了国家的经济和技术水平而制定的。对车间空气状态的要求是,基于保护人体健康和提高人们工作效率,建立适宜(舒适)环境而提出的,包括室内温度、湿度、风速和热辐射强度。上述四个参数对人体的生理影响是一种综合作用,反映在人体冷热感觉是否正常。正常情况下,人体依靠自身的调节机能使得热和散热保持平衡,使体温稳定。人体的散热主要是通过皮肤与外界的对流、辐射和表面汗液蒸发三种方式进行的。车间空气温度和速度直接影响到皮肤的对流散热,当温度高于皮肤温度时,不仅使人体对流散热完全停止,反而得热,而且风速愈大得热愈多。人体辐射散热与空气温度无关,取决于周围物体表面温度,当物体表面温度高于人体温度时,人体不能进行辐射散热,而是得到辐射热。
